The Dissolution of DeNa Global Inc.

On October 18, 2016, DeNa Global and other overseas subsidiaries has completed all the statutory requirements to effectively dissolve and liquidate their division due to the inability to meet management expectations.  The most notable DeNa’s West subsidiaries include, DeNa Global, and the ngmoco LLC, that were solely engaging in business out in the West.

The dissolution will commence effectively from Oct, 18, 2016 and expects the entire statutory process to be completed by March 31, 2017.

DeNa has announced earlier in August how they will be refocusing their strategy in Japan and China as their Western initiative has provide little returns.  Despite all of this, DeNa still has not given up on the West as they look to re strategize and work with major developers going forward and dissolve all of their development studios.
